| I'm pretty sure that this piece -Ballade 23- is the most beautiful musical chart ever in which the audience is enforced to get envolved within its coherence in a deeply personal term. as much as you can say for tchaikovski's Lac des cygnes-
the morality of this piece as i can assume is -the beginning is definitely the end- | | | among the best of all time by Alan (MEMBER) on September 21st, 2008 |
| If you could only hear or learn one more piece of music before you die and you choose this one (Ballade Op 23. in G minor) you would say, "It was not a mistake". | | | a tale by Göksel Tanıgör on June 22nd, 2008 |
| According to a rumor that i heard, when Schumann and Chopin meets, Schumann tells him that he loves the first ballade (op 23) most. Then Chopin tells that he is glad about this, because he loves this piece most too. | | | one of the best chopin piece written by him by ryan , on Feb 8th 2008 (MEMBER) on February 8th, 2008 |
| I'm am learning this song because it is beautyfully written and it is fast and slow, after i learn ballade in g minor i want to learn Prelude in D Flat Major "Riandrop".So this is the piece you would like and want to learn | | | Beauty. by Irma Alfonso Rubio on January 14th, 2008 |
| Op38, Is , like most Chopin compositions, extremely moving and beautyful. I think that this Ballade is on of his more perfect achievements. Its beauty is a great stimule to overcome the technical difficulties. | | | COOL! by anonymous on August 25th, 2007 |
| When i saw the movie The Pianist i loved the ballade op.23 | | | Ballade Op. 23 is the best! by anonymous on January 30th, 2007 |
| I absolutely love the Ballade Op. 23 in G minor better than the other 3 ballades. I first heard this piece from the movie The Pianist. That's where I fell in love with it. If you are a pianist yourself and you want to learn this piece, I recommend that you start from his preludes, waltzes, nocturnes, and polonaises before attempting to master this piece....that is, if you really want the full value of playing this piece. There are so many elements that must be executed in this piece such as dymanics, phrasing, fingering, note jumping, and of course speed, interpretation, and most importantly, passion. Watch the movie THE PIANIST if you are a Chopin lover... | | | My BEST Chopin piece! by anonymous on September 28th, 2006 |
| I'm currently learning this piece. It's not hard to read but the dynamics and speed are challenging! Nevertheless, it is absolutely beautiful and totally worth all the practice. I have it on CD and I never get tired of listening to it, and I CAN'T WAIT to master it! | | | My favorite piece forever! by Paul on June 4th, 2006 |
| I love Chopin and I love the Ballade Op.23 in G minor. It's so virtuous and beautiful. | Add your own review!
