Good option for an overused pieceby anonymous on January 21st, 2009
As a cellist, it is fun to get the limelight in the Canon and have something interesting to do. It does take a bit of work to get the transcription smoothed out to where it flows under your fingers- a matter of fingering and phrasing. One initial problem I had is that the printed part varies in the amount of space which notes of the same value take up on the page. On one line the notes are condensed and on the next they are spread out, so it threw me off in site reading. I'd give this a better score if I weren't SO weary of Canon in D!
