Virtual Sheet Music Forums

Hi,

I recently downloaded the VSM app on my ipad. I logged in fine but nothing has loaded up in my folders to the left. it shows my music and VSM catalog folder but theres nothing in it.

Looking at the videos, it seems that it should load up automatically when you sign in. Am I missing a step here? and I am also a premium user too.

Hi Ben,

Thank you for your message. When you log in to your app it should have music pre-loaded. From there you can start downloading and storing in those folders. It does not sync up though with your previously downloaded items if you have used another device with your membership.
