even though the best way to download music is on itunes, other sites can be used too. Limewire, Spiralfrog, and Raphsody are among the safest. They are completely virus free
Raphsody: pay monthly charge for unlimited "free downloads", so the more you download per month, the more your getting for your money.
Limewire: least safe, may give you viruses, but its completely free
Spiralfrog: no pay, your way of paying is taking a five question survey every week, but free comes at a price, the selection is not great

I Normally used Torrent and IDM for Downloading Music Purpose. I also Loved to download music on Youtube. Because all new and old song are easily available there.
