Default In Appreciation

Although my professions are best described as 'Physician' & 'Professor of Applied Arts & Sciences' (Google>'Dr.Akash Rose' will find several listings on the first page), my abiding lifelong passion has been the violin. I have played the instrument since I was eight years old, performed at many amateur/semi-professional concerts over the years, and won a few prizes. I have taught - and continue to teach - this wonderful instrument to anyone who wishes to learn.
In India, where I live, Sheet Music is hard to find, and appropriate arrangements even more so. I would like, therefore, to express my deep appreciation of this amazing website that has given me so much.

Apart from performing the music available here, may I suggest that musicians simply read the scores while listening to master performances. Great joy is to be derived from this pursuit, and I frequently indulge in it-both to learn, as well as to more deeply enjoy virtuoso pieces that are quite beyond my performing capabilities - such as the Paganini Caprices, for example.

May I request the inclusion of the Beethoven Romances (in F & G)? These are exquisite, poetic masterpieces and, in my opinion, a virtual must in the repertoire of any performing violinist.
Warm regards,
Akash
(Dr.Akash K. Rose)
