lol, I forgot what thread this was. I've gotten to where I don't even look at the topic anymore hardly, unless I'm talking about something I'm not subscribed to yet. But um...Not really. I was trying to tune my high E the other day and my grandpaw thought I was screaming (cuz it's that high of a note) and he came running and asked if I was okay...

Yeah thats the problem withtsinging high isn't it, one time I was singing in my high tenor voice and my brother thought that I was the biggest idiot in the world, thats okay my brother went to the other school and played under the biggest idiot in music, so I can't blame him to much for his lack of musicality...

lol, Poor people that don't understand musicality. I LOVE high notes!! (That might be because I'm a piccolo player at heart though...)

singing is okay but... the piano ROCKS! and the guitar does too.
The good thing about singing is that it's not as difficult, and you don't encounter so many difficulties or new elements.

May I be so bold as to disagree, Twink? To sing properly is one of the most difficult things I've ever tried. Besides, as someone said long ago, singing is different because it combines two languages: you can say things with the language of music AND that of words! Furthermore, voice is the only instrument made by other hands than humans'. So, in all, singing is somewhat special.
