My favourite music group is a hardcore band called A Fire Inside. I like them because they have a sound of their own. the things that they talk about once they are deciphered is true world issues and that's what I like in a band.

i think every band out there that has been successful has a distinct sound of their own because if not, they wouldn't that be successful.

as for modern pop/rock bands, i admire Coldplay. Those guys just got some great musical talent.

As for me, I am really impressed with this Christian group called Casting Crowns. When it comes to song-writing, whew, they are really bringing it on. The voice and the over-all musicality is just so great. And the best part? They do it all not for themselves but for the glory of God.
