How cute! I've never known a dog to howl and wag her tail!! That must be funny! Do you kids like to hear you play?

I'd like to think so.

When my youngest son was about 12 yo or so I brought him to a symphony rehearsal. We happened to be practicing at our performance venue.
My stand partner was absent.
I made Kurt (my boy) sit in the vacant chair next to me.
I remember that we were practicing "Mars" and "Jupiter" from "the Planets".
He was absolutely blown away.
To this day he absolutely loves classical music. Especially symphonic.

That's cool. I have no idea what "Mars" and "Jupiter" are and am even more so in the dark as to what "The Planets" is!

"The Planets" written by Gustav Holst.
A different piece was written for each of the planets on the solar system with the exception of earth.
Delightful music even if the subject matter is astrology.
I highly recommend it.

I think Jupiter is my favorite piece of that set. No Pluto, though, they hadn't discovered it yet!

Man, I went to my violin lesson and there were posts everywhere.

You're right.
I forgot about Pluto and Mickey too.
I don't think that Holst is public domain.
