Fair enough. If I run into something that I think would be interesting to you I'll let you know. Even if you don't like rock, there is a lot of celtic, folk, world music that you might like that I listen to.

Are you a "Holier than thou"?
I've seen them before.
You might consider toning it done a notch.

Twice Born....okay, I have a couple of things that might be interesting to share with the group. However, for copyright reasons as well as file size, I don't want to post an entire song, just a snippet. So, I need to put a clip together, which I'll try to do later today.

You're pretty quick to admit that you're dumb. I like that about you!

Hey Gary, how do I put only part of a song on here? Do I need a special program?

Yeah, you'd need something that would let you edit either a WAV or MP3 (depending on what it is). I'm not sure what's out there freeware/shareware-wise. I have Cakewalk Sonar, and I can use it for that.
Actually, I wanted you (or anyone else interested) to listen to clips from the Fire and Grace CD that I have. However, Amazon already has sound clips that you can listen to, so no need for me to take up server space with my own files:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/A...9831180-1762452
Listen to track 13 and 3, and then track 1 for a faster piece.
It's Alasdair Fraser and Natalie Haas. Violin and cello playing traditional celtic fiddle tunes. I've seen Alasdair Fraser a couple of times at Highland Games and such, he even did a little clinic for fiddle players, but that was well before I started playing violin.
