One question...
VSM just recently put out Telemann's Trumpet concerto in D. Why couldn't it be transcribed for a Bb trumpet? How many out there have enough money for a D trumpet?

Interesting. Is a D trumpet the same as the Bach trumpet or Baroque trumpet?

Yes, that's possible but we have to transpose the piece in Bb major. We'll consider to do it.
