You're talking about the violin/piano piece playing on the Flash video? I don't recognize the tune, sorry. Played it a couple of times but don't recognize it.

It sounds like a piano trio (Violin, Cello and piano) or possibly quartet.

I don't know if it's a existing piece used for their advertising or if it was commissioned by Sub-Zero.

The ad runs on FoodTV all the time.
