Default Classical Guitar seating

Hi - I'm trying to find any specialist seating for playing the classical guitar. Does anyone know of any or alternatively have any good solutions themselves.
Thanks Viv

If the throne is very important for drummers, so does for guitarists. Invest more for a good chair. You will not regret it.

If you mean how to hold the guitar. For right handed players the guitar rests on the left thigh with the left foot elevated (raised) off the ground supported by a foot stand.

I have realised it only occurs when I am learning something new, but not necessarily anything particularly difficult for the left-hand. Once I get the hung of something. the numbness does not occur.

If you think the way you hold the guitar ... For guitar players right resting on left leg with left foot raised (embossed) from the ground supported by a support base.

The more you play the more the numbness will go even on new songs, it's like anything else really that involves repetition.
