Splendid baroque music  by on January 17th, 2009
The fact that this score , composed for oboe, can be played by flute or violin as well, as a splendid example of Italian baroque music, gives an extra-value to this concerto.It's a pity most people only stick to his famous Adagio and don't look for futher Albinoni-beauty. J.S.Bach knew more about this Venetian master!So do I now!The piano reduction brings this concerto to the living-room.
