Floyd Kramer is most recognized for his "reverse grace notes" and his technique is easy to read and easy to accomplish in this selection for the intermediate player. This piece is truly fun to play once you get the rhythm of the reverse grace note being part of the actual melody line. If you have never heard Kramer's own version of "Last Date", you may want to listen to a sample recording in order to perform it accurately.
