This piece is part of the standard repertoire for so many occasions, and is often requested. We often need to mark in cuts or repeats, which results in some messy looking parts. It's a luxury to be able to download and print clean parts from VSM. This arrangement is true to the original and is beautifully printed and easy to read, and includes the accompanying gigue as a bonus.

This was a good arrangement of Pachelbel's Canon. It wasn't overly simplified, and neither was it unnecessarily difficult. The harpsichord could be omitted and the remaining string quartet parts played by themselves without sounding strange. Very nice.
