Some of these songs have quarter tones. I extended the abc format with semi-strong state, half-plane. This tone quarter is between the two tones, you are used as a Western musician - exactly where depends on the style of music. I changed jcabc2ps John Chambers to make these.

My friends are Turkish and I think I will provide the site you gave. They mostly rely on online TV channels for the entertainment purpose. I will surely provide the ones you mentioned.

Usually, it is not free. The companies want to make money, and there is copyright issues, as well. Good news is they it doesn't cost a lot - maybe a few dollars.

SheetMusicPlus.com is a good site and they have a lot of stuff.
