Default My Old Music

I found some of the first compositions that I have written on the computer. I think this was when I was first learning to play cello, back in MS! They're kind of cute, so I've attached them . The first is a duet for two celli, which over-uses open strings. The second is a piano solo where (right-hand) plays thirds at the beginning, then switches over to octaves. For my age, I'm surprised that I could carry a melody in the bass part so well.

What do I open it with? It won't open...

But here's some of my works...they're on Finale Notepad 2005. It's only 3 of them, and they range from 7th grade to the summer after 8th grade. On a Cold Winter Morn is my favorite...Note the tempos: Measure one is Eighth note equals whatever is already on there, and measure 27 starts the allegro section, where quarter note equals whatever it is I already have on there. Enjoy!

Is it asking you to open them with something else, then when you click on Finale Notepad, it doesn't let you?

My version of Finale Notepad is doing the same thing! It won't open because it is an 'incompatible version'. I have 2003a, so maybe I need to update .

I also need to think about getting my other stuff into the computer. I have pages and pages of stuff written in my room or on top of the piano.

Yeah, 2003 won't let you open stuff from Notepad 2005...maybe it's the fact that we're putting it into a zip file...I dunno. Hmm...

I updated my software. Great music! Only, the viola and cello don't go below the first sub-staff C.

Does anyone compose orchestra music? I write for orch. or piano mainly, and not very many people write for orchestra. These are some songs that I wrote. The first is for orchestra and the second is for piano sonata. Hope somebody likes them!
P.S. I made them with printmusic 2004.
