Default Favourite cello piece?

Just curious...^^
I'm currently obsessing over Sibelius' cello pieces, 'specially the suite for unaccompanied cello and the Andante Molto in F minor.
Also Bach's 6th suite (I'm learning it!)....

Haven't listened to much specific to the cello, but I guess my favorite (at the moment) is:

Dvorak's Concerto in B minor for Cello and Orchestra, Op. 104

I have a recording with Yo-Yo Ma as the cellist.

I'm a violinist, btw.... (a beginner)

And, welcome to the forum!

Wow! The 6th suite? The prelude is the best. My brother is a cellist. He studies with a Philadelphia Orchestra Cellist. How about you?

yes, she is interesting...
a terrific teacher though!^^
I've learned so much in the short time i've studied with her.
and she hasn't done much studio work in a long time, lately it's been concerto performances and she's working on a piano trio cd with colleagues here.
