Nope, I've been around CDF for a while, but not here.

I haven't done much improvising, but if I did, I think I'd use a plain ol' hymnal (or even just a guitarist's chord chart) because the arrangements I mentioned are already pretty dressed up. They're perfect for a solo/special where the piano plays alone, but they are difficult to sing to.
