Lionel Rogg. The recording I have may be difficult to obtain (mine's vinyl) but he is the best interpreter and player of this work whom I have ever heard.
Second place. marginally, is Nicholas Kynaston - a florid and powerful interpretation.
Look also for Jennifer Bate. Her recording of the massive, orgasmic and massively sculptured Organ Concerto of Peter Dickinson (extant UK composer, not as well known as he should be) indicates that the Bach D Minor would be a vessel for her superb style and musicianship.;
