Can anyone please tell me any info on this piece of sheet music pictured below.

It looks quite modern to me. I'd say something either late-Romantic or Bartok-Stravinsky-ish.

That's the Adagio from 7th Symphony by Beethoven probably transcribed for piano solo. We are going to publish the rest of the Beethoven Symphonies in the coming months... stay tuned!
