Love it

The price is not cheap, but reasonable. For Duo music, I was able to print two pieces of music. I like that.

Fun Piece
by on March 8th, 2012
I purchased this piece for myself and fellow "opera-lover" to perform at a showcase. The piece was fun to learn (took us about two weeks to learn and another to memorize). Audience LOVED this, especially since we introduced the piece as a classical one.

CAT-A-TONIC
by on March 24th, 2011
I recently purchsed The Cats Duet attributed to Rossini fo a disaster relief concert. I had never heard it before, yet I was to be the pianist. I have to say that the music is not difficult, quickly and easily learned and a whole lot of fun. The best bit was to be able to purchase it and receive it instantly. What a great system is "Virtual Sheet Music". Well done guys.

I really like this. It's a fun, "serious" piece of music.

Highly entertaining

I was advised to get the sheet music by my daughter's music teacher. It is a difficult piece to master and is possibly more suited to singers who are experienced ie have had formal music and singing training at an academy of music.

A SPITTING DUET
by on March 18th, 2010
A piece which is fairly easy to perform but needs two very competent Sopranos with not only singing ability but better than average acting. Given this the audience are very often falling off their seats with amusement.

The piece is advertised for two sopranos, but two altos can easily perform this piece.

Cat Duet Presents Challenge to Student
by on January 16th, 2010
My voice teacher suggested this piece as a fun challenge for me. I am an adult student who has only studied singing for the past year and a half. She and I would be singing this, fortunately for me, since she has a lovely voice and is an accomplished performer. She was amazed that I was able to order so effortlessly from your site.

Classical fun

I bought the music for my still-soprano musical grandson and his singer mother. It is a wonderful short piece for the two soprano voices. The accompaniment is gorgeous, even on just the piano.

A very 'Catty' piece!
by on March 7th, 2009
This is a delightful piece, and is very good as an encore. As it stands, it's not difficult for the singers or the the accompanist, but it's a piece which can easily be developed and elaborated. The flourishes can be extended into full-blown 'cadenzas', and the opportunities for comedy are endless!!(See the wonderful performance by Dame Felicity Lott and Miss Anne Murray.)Thank you for your wonderful site, and excellent service.

Cat's Duet-Hillarious Classic
by on December 1st, 2007
Composer Rossini wrote a lot of funny and amusing pieces. I recently started working on this particular piece with my voice teacher and we both loved it...probably because none of us is a catty Primadonna. Personally I found it very amusing and not too difficult.
