Hello and welcome.

Today I'm going to talk about the overall redesign we have released on Virtual She Music a few days ago. I'm going to show you what has changed and what hasn't changed. And I'll explain how this new design can help you to better navigate and find the content or the music you're looking for.

And at the end of the video I'll also show you how you can provide feedback so that we can keep improving it.

Alright, so let's dive right in. Alright, so if you start from the homepage you will notice several different improvements.

The most compelling one is probably the size or the icon of each item. And when you hover on an item you can actually see a preview of it or the music as you can see.

This should help a great deal. Also if you are new to Virtual She Music you can use this kind of carousel to understand what we offer and you can also watch a video for each feature we offer.

And if you go at the top of the page you will find the usual menu which have improved now in a more logical way. You can find all the instruments here, the voice repertoire here, ensembles, genres, artists and all our seasonal unique repertoire from this menu.

And of course free stuff, sheet music, free sheet music, education, accompaniment videos, music lessons, all the rest. And our popular music tools, Metronome, Music Editor, the Playground and AI Music Assistant.

And of course more.

But what is interesting of this menu is that you can jump right into some subsection of instruments, for example the most popular ones at least. So for example you have Violin and you want to see just the classical repertoire you can just click here and you will jump right on the classical repertoire. And the main time we are here I can show you how the new search results look like. As you can see everything has been organized in a better way.

You can right away, starting from the right side, you can put the item you are interested in into your shopping cart just by clicking here and you can have a look at the pricing of each item. You have two columns here, one for the members and the other one the regular price for non -members. You can see what members can benefit just from the pricing standpoint.

And from this column you see what kind of media the item includes. This case, this is one of our own items, our music editions, so they include pretty much everything. PDF files, interactive sheet music, music, XML files, MIDI and MP3 files and play along MP3 audio files.

And from this column you see the level, which is pretty straightforward. You see beginner, easy, easy plus, intermediate, intermediate plus, advanced, of course with different colors, so you can spot them right away. The instrumentation and then the title and the author and also the rating. And even from here if you hover on an item you can have a preview of it, which is very handy. And once you click on the item, for example the popular meditation by Masséne for violin and piano, the page here hasn't changed that much because the viewer is still the same, as you can see from the top and the middle, page initial controls.

But this section has been improved and the bottom section is still in kind of work in progress, but at the bottom you can see the new design has been completely adopted, which is very handy and easy to use.

And at the bottom as usual you have user reviews and again suggested related items.

Getting back to the search results, there was our search for classical violin sheet music. You find here on the left side all the typical filters we always had, but in a very clear way, so you can filter. In this case we have classical violin with over 2000 titles and let's say you want to just show the concertos, you click concerto and you find all the concertos we have in our catalogue. And you can still keep filtering as you like on this left column. And of course you can also move to the next pages with this new kind of navigation, which is very clear to understand. You can also sort the results from all these kind of sorting options, you know by titles or by price, low to high, or even by member price, if you are a member this is very useful, and even by release date. And in this case it's going to give you the release date. You can also sort by clicking each column title, for example if we want to sort by level, we can just click on level and it's going to sort by the lower level to the highest level. And in this case of course it's going to show me just the intermediate, intermediate plus if I sort back and forth, because we are on the third page. So if you get back now we are, we can see that the results are sorted by easy to advance or vice versa.

So this is very, very handy.

We have also uniformed the search bar at the top, so you have this new unified bar where you can actually search inside results.

So if you want to search, I don't know, Bach, and see just the concertos by Bach, and it's going to filter results according to the keyword I have entered here. Only if you want to search the entire catalogue you can just change the department from here and search, I don't know, piano, Chopin. It's going to find all the repertoire by Chopin for piano. And as you can see the location of the features are pretty much in the same spot. So if you want to use the advanced search you can still find it here, and the form is still the same.

If you are a member you can log in from here, or if you are not you can sign up from this new page we have prepared where you can actually choose between our free membership or the popular virtual music membership and so on.

We have also improved all the seasonal pages. For example, let's see the Christmas dedicated page, and you can see it's been changed quite a bit.

Despite the contents it's pretty much still the same, but it's the design, the feeling, and the ease of use that has been improved a great deal.

We also improved the pages that allows you to browse the entire genres, or the entire ensembles, or the entire artists. Let's see for example the artists, all the composers and artists, and from this page you can actually either use one of these shortcuts for the most popular ones, or you can filter here by publisher. So if you want to see just the composers or artists included in our own repertoire you just click the VSM tab, and all that is just showing you all third -party external publishers. Another thing you can easily browse the entire repertoire by artist or composer this way, or you can filter by keywords. So for example if you want to find all the Bach artists, composers, you just type Bach and you will find all the Bach artists right here, so it's very handy. You can also filter by jar, so if you want to you know find something else you can still do it.

So you find all the Bach that offer a cappella repertoire, and then you can just click the author and find their dedicated page.

So once you land on one of these category pages, like in this case the all the music by Johann Sebastian Bach, you can filter down and according to these presets, so if you want to see all the Bach violin repertoire you just click on this icon and you know all the music by Johann Sebastian Bach for violin will be displayed. You can just get back from here and you can keep drilling down to whatever you're interested in.

So you have an idea of how now the website works, which is very very easy.

So let me show you how you can actually provide feedback so that we can keep improving our design or content also. You can also provide the kind of feedback you just scroll down and most of the pages have this bar where you can easily you know provide feedback like like or don't like this page. In case you don't like the page we're going to ask you optionally to leave more feedback so we can actually understand what you don't like and what would you like us to improve.

Another option is to write your comments in the comment section at the bottom of each page which is usually present in all pages around the website.

So this is the way you can easily provide feedback to us and we really look forward for that.

Alright so what do you think? Do you like this new design? I really hope so.

Please post your comments, your thoughts in the comment section below as usual and send your emails to tipsandinsights at virtualscienmusi .com. I'll be very happy to hear from you.

Alright so I'm done for today and I'll see you in the next one.

Fabrizio: A nice website facelift with enhanced functionality. Bravo. Looks like you code your own website as opposed to using an off-the-shelf CMS. I wish I could do that on my music sites.

A big hello from Richard in Saint Paul and from André in Gothenburg.
