Comments and reviews about Perpetuum Mobile:

Rating: 5 Fun piece with many bonus features. by Ed Bridge * VSM MEMBER * on December 2021
Ever since I moved from playing from paper music to electronic display the availability of Virtual Sheet Music has been a great help,as the music is clear and unencumbered with old pencil marks and notes . In this particular instance, the indicated alternative fingerings are very helpful as indicated by a previous comment. Well done!

Moreover, the accompanying midi/mp3 files allow practice in musical context, which is a unique contribution to learning and enjoyment.
Rating: 5 Nice edition by Laura Vidmar * VSM MEMBER * on October 2017
Very nice edition It is a great help to have the measure numbers, and I like the fingering suggestions in bar 53 to stay in 4th position. This differs from the Gingold edition to go back to 1st
Rating: 4 Fun challenge for violinists by Mindy E. on June 2010
This is a great piece to challenge intermediate to advanced violinists. It is fast and furious, and requires rock-steady rhythm and quick, light bow technique. There are a few clumsy moments in the piano accompaniment, but they are easy enough to simplify. The accompaniment is not substantial, and its primary purpose seems to be to give the violinist some aural anchors. I feel that the piece would be equally exciting without piano!
