Hi, I'm looking into purchasing a membership but need to know first if there are transcription services available? Why is this needed? You do not have options available (that I can see) of the different voices, i.e., Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass, or even high/low voice versions. Thank you.

To answer your question, we don't offer transcription services "by request" at the moment, but we can consider publishing any transcription by user suggestion.
Also, we offer several tools to transpose and rearrange the music as needed online. Please let me know exactly what you are looking for, and I'll see what we can do for you.
For example: What kind of repertoire are you interested in? Classical, pop, jazz, or other? Skill level? Etc.

I purchased an airturn PED 500 from you, and it is not working. It turns on, it’s charged, but it won’t turn any pages. I downloaded the apps for Virtual Sheet Music and for the Airturn, added the Airturn to my bluetooth, nothing works. Very frustrating. I would appreciate some help.

Well, if you get back to your purchased music's page, you can either click the printer button at the top-right of the shown music or download your music as a PDF file by clicking the blue button at the bottom of the music, and then print it from the downloaded PDF file.

Are you asking about enlarging the print out of a PDF file or of the music printed directly from the web browser? If so, you should be able to control that in the Print dialog window. You should look for something like "zoom" or "print size."
