Can't get back to print pdf files I ordered. Only able to get back to the ones I already printed. Very frustrating!

I purchased Petite Suite and am unable to print it or play from my iPad.

I purchased order #PP0317471549 and it won't download the pdf says ; when I use my computer (I ordered it on my phone) it says I need to purchase it again. I can't download to my phone without it saying there is an error.
