I was attempting to print it from my phone, which failed. So I sent it to my laptop and it printed but I only got 2 copies, when I had paid for 10.

Thank you for replying with details. Well, you can simply download the PDF of it from the bottom blue link and then print as many copies as you need. Of course, you are allowed to use 10 of those per your purchase. But if you have problems printing out one, you can certainly print out another copy from the same PDF file.

Will this program be able to take the vocal melody line from treble clef and make the same melody line show up as bass clef?

Are you asking about our Playground system? Here it is:

If so, yes, of course, you can do a lot inside that program of ours.
If, instead, you are asking as a general question about our offered repertoire, the answer is that it depends on the piece you are interested in.
First of all, not all the music we offer is interactive and can be edited. So you must make sure it is interactive first.
Then, if the music is one of our own editions (a VSM edition), it can be edited inside the Playground, which means you can do pretty much anything you want with it.
If instead the music is a Hal Leonard edition, the music can be transposed, and some of the instruments can be changed (not all, though).
But there is another option for any other piece that is not interactive, but for which you have a PDF file of it. You can try to import the PDF file inside the Playground, which will do its best to convert it to an editable music format, so you can do anything you want with it.
