I would like to be able to open the pdf in photoshop but the file is requesting a password.

Hi Jill. Our offered PDF files can be viewed and printed, but not directly modified due to copyright restrictions. We don't allow direct editing or modification of PDF files.
If you want to do that, you should take a screenshot of the PDF once opened, then save it page-by-page as an image file, and finally open the images inside Photoshop. I am sorry about that.
