Hello Ruth and thank you for your inquiry.
Well, I hope to have understood your first question; in case I haven't, please let me know: once you download your PDFs in a single .zip file, you just need to click on that file, and your computer should take care of opening it with all your files inside.
About your last question, I am sorry, but I don't understand what you are referring to. We don't have "Music Lists" on our site. If you are referring to the "Music Library" in our iPad application, please let me know, and I'll give you some instructions about that.

Hello Andrea and thank you for your inquiry.
If the song you are talking about is a VSM edition, you should be able to open it inside the Playground (blue button at the top of the shown sheet music), or request the title to be enabled for the Playground. In that case, you can edit pretty much anything inside it, lyrics included.
If the music is a different edition, I am afraid your only option is to try importing it into the Playground using the built-in PDF/image Music OCR import feature. Although it's not perfect, it could work well enough for you.
Please let me know what song (or what songs) you're talking about, and I'll be happy to help you personally.
