Starting from the first ledger line at the bottom of the staff, the notes on the alto clef are: C, D, E, F, G, A, B, and so on as displayed below for the first two octaves:
To better remember where the notes are located on the staff, start from where the center of the clef is located vertically. That's the point where the C note is located:
And from there you can locate all the notes of the first octave as shown below:
