I am pleased to have had a problem with my purchase. I know this is a strange review, but I am a strange person. Why else would I purchase sheet music for my church that doesn't even have a choir? Well here goes If we have the music first when I ask the pastor if we can start a choir, he will have lots of questions so If I have the answers to the questions, I anticipate I will have a better c chance of getting the answer I want. No as to the problem with my download. That was no problem operator error as usual but Did Virtual Sheet Music chastise me to make me pay again make me jump thru hoops? No quite the opposite the apologized for the problem and gave me explicit instructions on how to download my selection and I was able to download and print the 11 pages flawlessly. Now I have the sheet Music as the answer to the first Question my pastor will ask. And this answer will take away the next several questions that he will have; like where are we going to get that kind of sheet music, how much will it cost, how fast can we get it, and are they reliable? Well, I guess having the little operator error gave more answers than I expected to Thank you for the solution to several problems The sheet music is more than I expected, and the service is exemplary. I will need more Sheet Music for our Choir. As well as for my own personal use. THanks again for your products and also for the great service beyond expectations.
