 A lovely piece of music, but there are better arrangements. by Peter on July 2019Became interested in learning this piece after hearing it on ABC Classics (Aus) program.
Accessed your website and downloaded the trial page after which I decided to purchase a copy. Piece was downloaded and printed off without problems. Subsequently listened to the piece on google, which was from the CD "The Perfect Evening - Italy". It is played by played by David Stanhope. Found that it was a different arrangement to the one provided by your company. The music listing indicated that the arrangement was by "Simonds". Have attempted to find this arrangement but without success. It appears there have been a number of arrangements of this piece over the years. The name Vladimir Vavalov was mentioned in the ABC music listing, but I could not find an arrangement with this reference that sounded similar. Suggest you listen to this recording and compare it with your company's arrangement to understand what I am getting at.
