I see your Membership is going to expire automatically on February 16th. You can just let it go until it expires. The renewal is not automatic, so you can just ignore any invitations you might receive to renew.
If instead you'd prefer your account to be completely removed from our database, please let me know, and I'll proceed with that. Be aware though that you will lose the ease of retrieving any music you may have purchased or downloaded before, and much more that you may have stored in your account (wishlist, preferences, etc.). The action will be permanent and irreversible.

We can certainly close and refund your paid Membership, but I'd really like to understand what happened with the Playground. Did you try to import music from a PDF file? Please tell me more.
Yes, i imported a pdf file, and when it uploaded, the player put the pages in the wrong order, and the staves were out of sync with each other. (It did the same thing on each attempt.)

As I said, there is no problem closing your membership and refunding it, but I'd really like to understand if that's a bug we can easily fix or a limitation of the system. I'd like you to take advantage of our online editor, which offers excellent features.
