It sounds much nicer and I can play the whole piece slowly just need to keep practicing till I can play it full speed. I am self taught and am not good at reading the time signatures so I love that I can listen to the timing on the site.
excellent by Jasper on July 29, 2010 @8:20 pm PSTi've been looking for a really good transcription for canon over the years, and this one really fits the bill. it may prove difficult if approached with a fast tempo, but otherwise it is manageable and very beautiful.

J.Pachelbel: Canon in D & Gigue by Bill on November 16, 2009 @8:25 am PSTI teach piano and one of my pupils had bought an arrangement of this piece of music that I wasn't keen on. The difficulty in finding a good arrangement stems from the fact that the original was for stringed instruments. I was lucky that I came across this website where the first page of the music could be downloaded for free. As soon as I'd played it, I knew it was just what I was looking for. Thanks to Virtual Sheet Music for making it so easy to buy and download, I'm absolutely delighted with this arrangement!
I'd say the standard is Grade 5  Not ideal for piano... by Jan Rosenvinge, Norway on August 20, 2009 @4:44 am PSTI found the score quite useful, after I had simplified and shortened it. So many parallell octaves and thirds are not very comfortable to play! I´m sure the transcription for piano could have been made easier, but still of a good quality.
 More difficult than anticipated! by R on June 3, 2009 @8:27 am PSTLooking at the front page (which is all they give you), I thought "no problem, I can play this!" Yeahhh...until you look at the next few pages. It's definitely high-difficulty.
